For Balance Calculator

1. Year column add a new row and type in the relevant year.
2. Go to Income and Expenses database.
3. Select on the view tabs for each month.
4. Open the advance filter box where it says ↗Year | Contains | [Drop down Menu]
5. From the drop down menu select the current year.

For Savings Calculator

1. Type in desired amount in Saving Goal column

2. Go to [INC]By Month database.

                                                                                If in the [Expenses](<https://third-sphynx-8ec.notion.site/ab4435420b1f4aa9a9c75a4194334c54>) database your input values uses: **-$XX.XX** `where value has negative infront`
                                                                                    for the ‘Balance’ column adjust the formula so it's:    `prop("Total Income") + prop("Total Expense")`
